Personal data is stored within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on servers maintained by the National Information Center (NIC). These servers are safeguarded using advanced technologies, in compliance with the policies and regulations of the National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) and international standards, to ensure protection against unauthorized access and mitigate cybersecurity risks. The data will be securely disposed of after a period of three years from the date of storage, in a manner that prevents any access or retrieval, in accordance with the policies of the National Information Center.

Right to be informed:The personal data subject has the right to know how their data is collected, the legal basis for its collection and processing, how it is processed, stored, and disposed of, and with whom it will be shared.
