The Authority of People with Disability (APD) conducts all of its procurement and contracting operations through one specific channel, "Etimad," a financial services platform that is under the Ministry of Finance. The platform offers a wide range of services to the private sector, government agencies, and individuals. It reinforces the partnership between them to achieve the objectives of development programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, thereby facilitating the digital transformation of these services, increasing transparency and efficiency, and facilitating the conduct of services.
